The Limited Lifetime Warranty applies for the serviceable lifetime of the product or relevant component, subject to the terms and exclusions below. Where the product or appropriate replacement components remain available, EGM Audio will, at its discretion, repair or replace a product confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, unauthorised modification, or damage caused by operating the product outside its intended specifications.

Warranty Claims

If you believe your EGM Audio power cable has a manufacturing defect, please contact EGM Audio before returning the product.

The customer may be required to return the product to EGM Audio for inspection and testing. Initial return freight is at the customer's expense and risk. If EGM Audio accepts the claim as a valid warranty claim, reasonable return freight costs may be reimbursed and the repaired or replacement product will be returned to the customer.

EGM Audio reserves the right to inspect and test any product submitted for warranty assessment. If inspection and testing determine that no manufacturing defect exists, or that the issue is not covered by this warranty, reasonable inspection, service and return freight charges may apply.

Where a valid warranty claim is confirmed, EGM Audio will determine whether the appropriate remedy is to repair or replace the product, subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.

Refunds

Where a refund is applicable, customers should contact the authorised retailer from whom the product was originally purchased. The retailer will process the claim in conjunction with EGM Audio where required.

Warranty Exclusions

The EGM Audio Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply where:

• The product has been repaired, altered, modified or disassembled by anyone other than EGM Audio or an authorised repair agent.
• The product has been damaged through misuse, abuse, negligence, accident or improper handling.
• The product has not been installed, connected or used in accordance with the applicable instructions, specifications or intended application.
• The product has been subjected to abnormal operating conditions, excessive mechanical stress, environmental damage or conditions outside its specified ratings.
• The claimed issue falls within normal manufacturing or industry tolerances and does not affect the safe or intended operation of the product.
• EGM Audio cannot identify or reproduce the claimed defect following reasonable inspection and testing.
• The issue is the result of normal wear and tear rather than a manufacturing defect.
